The idea of TOPHAT TEACAKES was born through the passion and love that I have for baking and creating cakes which are not only pleasing to the eye but also absolutely delicious! I have developed an elegant range of fine and naturally flavoured gourmet chocolate marshmallow teacakes.

My chocolate teacakes are also vegetarian friendly as they do not contain gelatine :-D
